Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions

I understand and acknowledge that I am fully and solely responsible for this rental club set. I will check the rental club set for completeness and communicate ANY, preexisting damage, missing clubs or other issues with the rental club set to a staff member prior to the start of my round. I agree to return the rental club set to a staff member immediately following the completion of my round, in the same condition in which the rental club set was provided to me.

I understand that if any clubs, headcovers or bags are lost or damaged due to my negligence, intentional misconduct, or otherwise that I will be held fully responsible for the financial cost of replacement for the club, headcover or bag which are stated below. I acknowledge that I will be responsible for the full payment of replacement cost plus applicable shipping fees and taxes.
